In response to the Ŋwɛ/Ŋwa community's persistent request, we embarked on a training initiative centered around Bloom software. The primary objective was to equip participants with the skills needed to create talking Bloom books, enabling them to produce audio/video versions of Scripture for use within their churches. For three days, I had the privilege of guiding them through the introduction of Bloom, and the experience was nothing short of inspiring.
Witnessing the enthusiasm and genuine interest of the participants was incredibly rewarding. Their eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies was evident, reflecting their dedication to enhancing language learning and fostering deeper Scripture engagement within their community. As each day progressed, I could see their confidence grow, and by the end of the training, the smiles on their faces spoke volumes.I am excited about the possibilities for this community as they begin to utilize Bloom software. The impact of this training extends far beyond the mere acquisition of technical skills; it signifies the empowerment of a community to take ownership of their language and heritage. I am confident they will leverage this newfound knowledge to enrich their lives and future generations.
